This blade has a unique shape with a smooth curve all the way from the heel to the tip. There is a distal taper along the spine leading to a needle point.
I designed this knife to be a cross between a slicer and a chefs knife. It lends itself well to slicing due to its profile and distal taper. It should also work for general chefs knife tasks using a rock chopping motion due to the heel height and very thin grind.
